John10251's Journal, 07 Oct 21

I decided on a big breakfast this morning. I have been craving this meal for a few days. Today I ate Cage Free Grade AA Large Eggs, Egg Whites, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Peppers, Turkey Sausage Links, Kodiak Cakes Power Waffle, and topped it all off with Creamed Chipped Beef. This totaled a whopping 782 calories @ 62 grams of protein. This is not the way I eat every morning but I do believe in a hardy breakfast...

Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and all activity goals. 1127 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal

Thanks, Ridemariel I agree that it is a lot of calories for one meal. I don't eat this heavy every day but I do like to eat a substantial breakfast.

Thanks, Albedolover I enjoyed it, exceeded my protein goal for the day, and ate under my calorie goal. I must admit that my presentation is lacking. I like to eat my eggs hot so when I cook, I dump and eat. That's the reason I don't post more pictures of my plates. I should post more dinner pics, my Wife prepares them and I just plate and enjoy...

Presentation is perfectly perfect! I'd be happy to eat your breakfast! A good and hardy breakfast can set you up for feeling satisfied and ready for a good day!
