Yesterday my wife and I attended a Latin, Jazz, and Salsa festival. The music was fantastic; the food choices were disappointing. Luckily, we traveled with snacks. I ate under goal, missed my protein goal, and missed some activity goals. 229 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and is out of range // Sleep Goal met
I'm not thrilled by my increased body fat but I'm not too concerned the weight gain...
