I downloaded the 5k pacer app. I am doing 5ks, (I recommend couch to 5k if that is a goal of yours) but I want to do them faster and this app helps with that. Then I want to get up to 10ks again and maybe some races like my dad and I used to do. I have a race scheduled but my friends are going with me and I may be slowing it down to support them so it’s not necessarily going to be a fitness challenge for me.
