Well it just goes to show how quickly you can undo good work!

Was good all week and did lots of unofficial weigh ins and know I was losing weight but two days of wine, cake, crisps and eating out and I’ve gained.

I’m sure it could’ve been much worse and this week will be great with another big drop due 💪

(Did love both shows at the theatre and having visitors though 😊)
69.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
