Look away if you are on a diet. My lunch today was a half of this massive cheese and cold meats shared platter and a large glass of wine. The olives were absolute giant ones and this somehow shrinks the size a bit. I estimate that my share including wine was about 1600 calories, a days worth of calories sunk in less than an hour. After eating that I really needed an afternoon sleep. So pleased that I managed to get off my ass and complete a hilly 8.3 mile power walk in less than 2 hours in the late afternoon. That still left me with a miserable 260 calorie deficit. Sometimes forgetting the diet completely and enjoying yourself has just got to be done. For me today was that day.

Today my break was an ice-cream, to be specific a Nuggypot and it was nice. tomorrow back to normal low carb and sugar meals.
I need a shot of something delicious, currently 47lbs lighter than August 2020, only 10lbs to go. I'll get there 😊
