I know my abs still need improvement, any ideas ??

Thank anne, as far as I know add wight would help to develop my abs. Bulk and shredded related to type of diet

Bulking and shredding are diet-related, yes. And your abs won't pop until body fat is low (21% in my case) I don't use a lot of weight to train my abs/core because I don't want size in this area. I want definition. I hope that explains it a bit clearer!

You have good veins in your arms. This could indicate increasing strength, lower body fat or improved CV fitness. Or all 3! Well done.

I think you can do cardio after every workout. About 20min

Maybe try HITT and resistance training incorporated if you haven’t already 💪🏻

Abs always the last to come cut because that’s were most men carrying the extra fat so calorie deficit 15% body fat but you will also lose some size on other areas fat comes off everywhere else too.
