Breakfast - 371 cals

Don’t remember the last time I had a fry up. So I made myself a healthier version. 2x poached eggs on low cal toast, with 2 bacon medallions and 2x vegan sausages.

those poached eggs look amazing. taken me plenty of years of practice to get P.eggs right but I still get "tails" etc. yours look amazing & I bet they tasted fab too. happy Sunday back at you 😊

Thank you! I always put a tbsp of vinegar into the pan with the water whilst it boils. Works like magic 😊
