I cannot believe how much refined sugar and flour I was eating on a daily basis. I'm not eating any bread whatsoever, not even brown bread, no buns, no sweets and definitely no cake; after two weeks I stopped craving these foods, I get my dose of sugar with fruit and honey. I'm having a hard time reaching 1800 calories a day, I ate so much today; however, I think I have consumed only 1500 calories; I don't wanna go too low too often, not to risk slowing down my metabolism.
