Yesterday was a recovery day from our Covid-19 vaccine shots the day before. We went out late morning to shop for our holiday dinner. We stopped by three grocery stores and headed for home. When we got home we put away the food and were back in bed by 4:00. We got up around 7:00 and had a light dinner. My wife did some cooking for today while I cleaned up a bit. We were back in bed around 10:00 exhausted. I woke up this morning feeling fine. Yesterday I ate under goal, missed my protein goal and missed some activity goals. 626kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% and is back in range // BW↑1.0#
