Yesterday I made it to a park that is a short drive away from home. The park is very hilly and a great place to get in a walk/run. I ate "Well" at 102% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 869kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // BW↓1.2#
