I have been trying to eat more protein in the morning. It takes the pressure off eating in the evening most days. Yesterday I ate under goal, barely missed protein goal and met all activity goals. 959kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // BW↓0.4#

English Breakfast = protein overload in my house. Eggs, Beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, White Bread, and I don't eat mammals, so fish for me instead of all the dead animals usually associated with this meal.
