I got some test results back from my doctor today and found out that I have both adrenal fatigue and progesterone insufficiency, both of which can interfere with weight loss. Has anyone experienced these before? I tried eating a lower calorie limit today and it did not go well, I will keep experimenting to see what works best for my body and my weight loss journey.
