Feeling pretty good now. I've upped my oils a bit including mct... forget who suggested that. I feel quite a bit better. *Note to self: Next time you decide to go on the V-diet (Protein shakes and a multi-vitamin?) do it when you at least enjoy drinking a cold drink. Augh!!!"

You mean like, NOT in the dead of winter? HAHA! You're doing great, and I'm really proud of you. I'm going to go ahead and say that you seem less hungry on this diet than when you were eating 2000 calories a day of real food. Am I far off?

Medium chain triglicerides. It's the latest trend. It looks pretty good. It's worth a try.
