One of my two mainstay breakfasts during mg weight loss. Branflakes 40g, coconut milk 100g, blueberries 25g & raspberries 25g

1475 kcal Fat: 40.75g | Prot: 88.99g | Carbs: 154.12g.   Breakfast: Asda Free From Long Life Coconut Milk, Asda Blueberries, Raspberries, Asda Bran Flakes. Lunch: Asda Blueberries, Asda Blackberries, Asda Mackerel Fillets in a Sweet & Smoky Barbecue Sauce, Kingsmill 50/50 No Crust, Asda Topside of Beef, Lurpak Spreadable, Branston Small Chunk Pickle, Carrots, Asda Sliced Beetroot in Vinegar, Asda Silverskin Pickled Onions. Dinner: Asda Butcher's Selection Unsmoked Mini Gammon Steak, Egg, Branston Baked Beans, Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Asda Lemon & Lime Double Strength Squash, Asda Unsweetened Almond Milk, Slimming World Hifi Fruit & Nut Bar, Almonds. more...

Good portion control i suffer with that I always eat to much being a pig🐖

I’m interested to know what the other breakfast was/is.? .... btw ... I’m very much the same. Just a few regular breakfast meals for me too the last 17 months. (I love that you do weeks instead of days for your accounting.) ... cheers! Jon.

Thanks John10251 & jollyfox. John I've started to maintain now so the scales won't be used as much. Jolly I substitute branflakes for porridge oats.👍😀
