The scale is back down to where it was at last weigh-in. I had the hungries again yesterday but this time I didn't give in. It helped that I didn't have time. :) I think I am not drinking enough water. They say thirst can be mistaken for hunger. I didn't exercise yesterday so I need to get some in today. I miss Shennon. She never called me back to restart our exercise after Christmas. I mentioned it more than once.

Congrats on the loss! Maybe you could make up an imaginary workout friend. You could talk to him/her while you're walking. Just stick one of those phone thingies in your ear and no-one will think you odd. :)

Keep up your exercising- even though you have no buddy. I know in the past I ended up quitting when I lost my buddies. This time I am going to pick stuff I like to do so I use my own motivation and not rely on getting all my support from others. (I know what you mean about the water too).
