John10251's Journal, 21 Dec 20

Last night we made Egg Nog. It's a yearly tradition at our house and the official start of our holiday celebrations. We didn't make as big a batch as in the past.years. We don't expect as much company. We do expect to have as much love to pass from breast to breast, only differently this year. Please stay encouraged everyone and share some love.
Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. BF unchanged // BW↓0.8#

Eggnog is part of our family tradition too John, gumbo and eggnog on Christmas eve. I'm trying to decide how to make eggnog for one this year. Merry Christmas! 🏡🎄💚

I love reading about everyone's traditions on here. This year throws a huge wrench in a lot of people's normal plans, so I think there's more reminiscing/wishful thinking than usual. I'm at the point in my life where it's time I start building some of my own traditions, so I love hearing what others do/have done for so long! Thank you for sharing. ❤️
