Not high calorie? What's your rdi? My dinner is usually closer to 1000 lol

HodgeSAFC, I try not to get over 500-550 kcal per dinner or lunch and not over 1250 kcal per day(it's pretty hard and not all days are successful 🤪!) because I am not finished yet with my weight loss and still need to lose a lot of kilos.
