Today was a rest day and I enjoyed it. I slept in late. Then did some shopping for necessities with my wife. I'm feeling fairly sore. I plan to do some stretching tomorrow. It's something that I feel I don't do often enough. Yesterday I ate under goal, barely met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% / BW up 1.4#
