what is the yellow stuff? smoked salmon looks great

Fish is smoked trout which makes a nice change from salmon. Yellow stuff is scrambled eggs! They are too runny because I always stop them cooking with a splash of milk, but it gushed out! Oops.

Ahh I love both fish!! BTW, trout and salmon are cousins along with mackerel. All are full with omega 3 oils.
