Hi sleekbeach this cake/bread is a low calories dessert because it does not contain any artifical sugar and it is made off simple and healthy ingredients which are oat flour,egg,almond milk and protein powder (banana flavoured) , one whole banana and dark protein chocolate chips. In my opinion restricting calories is a good way only of you are feeling happy not only physically but also mentally.
