Tonight's the night I start part-time massage school, beginning a new era of challenges to my diet and exercise routine. I will overcome them, but you may see me around here less.

Cindy, you might be amazed. My best friends is a massage therapist and lives and eats healthier than anyone else I know. Something about learning the philosophies and physiology helps tremndously!

:) NP! Faiza has been pushing on me for years to get healthier...gently as only a good friend can. Still have not made it to an acupuncturist LOL one of these years!
