Sunday night indulgence. From Spar, not Woolworths, but I just pick something similar in the food diary. Seems to do the trick.

Nice to see these kind of treats here for a change😋🍩🍰😍

I find it easier to buy one slice at the supermarket bakery and share it with hubby rather than buy an entire cake, which we used to do, and then eat it for a few days ruining my calorie count for days on end. This way is much simpler and I have something to look forward to. The doughnut was just an added extra this week.

@nikina. we do the same thing ... also on days like today when I make pavlova, I share most of our dessert with our neighbor. he has two kids and it's just two of us at home... so instead of having left overs drag to the new week, we all get a little something 😉🦄🍰🎂🍧🍨

That's a great idea Shereen and I'm sure your neighbour really appreciates it too.

I eat what I want to eat. No restrictions, as long as I can fit it into my kilojoule intake for the day. I had carrot Cake for lunch on Saturday and chicken and veggies soup for dinner. Still 500kj under for the day
