Everyone has days when they lose motivation with everything it’s normal, you lost your weight and there’s no reason you should gain it back on as long as you eat a healthy balance diet you know how many calories you need to drop your weight you just need to find how many you want to maintain it so slowly just increase them.

Planning meals always works for me when I feel really unmotivated. That way I have no choice but to eat what I've bought for the week 😊 remember to treat yourself also. I plan those in too, treat meal every 4 days or so keeps it interesting.

Progress isn't linear, there will be ups and downs. Look at it over the bigger picture and don't beat yourself up about it. If you gain, it's not the end of the world! You've been here before and I'm sure you'll be here again, give yourself some slack 🙌

you have done amazingly well and you're still here, that tells me that ur stronger than you think! Don't be so hard on yourself, everyone has 'off' days and if you need motivation and inspiration,,look through your old pictures and remind yourself of all the progress you have made and be proud of yourself!! ♥️

Stef, look how well you have done. You could write the book on motivation. Look back at your early posts and channel some of that energy. Keep smiling that beautiful smile.
