CHESTY - you have nothing to apologise for and nothing to beat yourself up over. You are there for so many people so often that you have a right to take some time to reflect on yourself sometimes. That's when those you help here can return the favour and give you a bit or moral (or immoral if its me) support. Glad you are feeling a bit more like yourself - you shouldn't go around feeling others as that can lead to trouble! HUGGZ mate!
