The lockdown has absolutely hammered my mental health. I've been having anxiety issues, panic attacks, insomnia... Safe to say I haven't been keeping track of my calories. The very idea is enough to make me panic at the moment but I'm hoping to be better enough to get back on it soon. Hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy 🙏

I use a meditation app called Insight Timer,,it's not everyone's cup of tea but it has really helped me turned my head around, I went from 14tablets a day to 1 a day(for thyroid or I wouldn't take it either) give it a go, anything is worth a try right?! There is a huge choice, even if ur not up for 'chanting&drums' there is some lovely relaxing music to help u chill or sleep. Good Luck ❤️

Hey Frankie, you just tell yourself, this too will pass. It would be good if you go outside and look as far away as you can see and look at something and then say, if I walked to that point I would be far away from my home. So focus on something outside of where you are right now, and make it far away, and then say, that too shall pass. See if that works for you
