been hit with a sickness bug .... stomach cramps all day now throwing up ... justcwater for me for next 12/18 hours 🤢🤒😓

Feel better already . Managed a banana paleo pancake ..this morning.Its passed thank god . Being fitter and healthier has definitely helped I think eating primal/paleo too has helped my gut recover quicker .
