Ready fed up with being fat because I lost the impetus and drive, but now back on my Ketogenic diet.
I found these snacks on Amazon. They are delicious with ZERO carbs and only 122 calories per pack. Have already lost 1.4kg since my last weigh-in so feeling a lot better about myself.

When I did Keto, I got great food ideas from Diet Doctor online. It is actual doctors advice.

great work , keep it up . if you do find yourself getting bored of keto or its limited have a look at primal/paleo too . it encourages keto type of lifestyle but often more choice . Both are low carb x

They are called Cheesies and all they are is popped cheese.
I saw them on amazon so thought I'd try them. I also went straight to the Cheesies website. They are really nice. Come in cheddar, Gouda and Emmental. Zero carbs, 10g protein and only up to 122 calories per 20g pack. I do reccomend you try them if you like cheese
