Its all completely nuts!!

1281 kcal Fat: 68.57g | Prot: 95.47g | Carbs: 74.66g.   Breakfast: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk,  Poached Egg ,  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Tesco Cherry Tomatoes, Tesco Smoked Bacon Streaky Rashers. Lunch: Total Greek Yoghurt,  Blueberries ,  Raspberries ,  Strawberries ,  Bananas , Heinz Salad Cream,  Pepper,  Chicken Breast Meat ,  Avocados , Tesco Simple Mixed Leaf Salad. Dinner: Lamb or Mutton Stew with Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, No Potatoes). Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts,  Coffee. more...

Hi Cathyorkshirelass, Nuts have been proven to help speed up the metabolism so eating them you are convincing your body burn more energy (calories) which all calories are made up of three things protein, Carbohydrates & fats so like you say in this case good fats and along with the fats is protein and most nuts contain potassium, natural sugars but are low in sodium. The Cashew and Almonds you have there are the lowest in calories also Pistachio and peanuts are also the lowest, Chestnuts which is really more a grain then a nut because its high in carbohydrates but contains the least amount of calories but a lot of the other values 👍
