Looking at your Journal, can see you lost lots of weight. Please how many calories do you eat a day to achieve this. I am really struggling. I even starve somedays.😭

You can go on a few sites and out in estimated calories mine says to lose around 1-2 lbs a week stick between 1500 and 1650 so I try to do this. I'm currently trying to eat 3 healthy meals no snacks I find this is around 1400- 1500 xx

Never starve yourself try small meals regularly and add loads of low cal veg

I love cheese the processed variety actually have less fat content, but I read somewhere that Feta is the lowest fat( which in gonna have now!)

I calorie count. I stay between 1500 and 1700 and just have a varied diet. 3 meals a day and try for home cooked
