anyone here do fasting. I am keen to try a really easy fast of just 12 hours to begin with. will I get any health benefits of that do you think ?

Before you do I would read up on fasting

The majority of people will be fine fasting and will have many benefits from doing it. Numerous tests have been conducted where it has tremendous benefits. As with everything in life though there will be outliers and it good be a bad thing for these people. Go slow and steady and see how you feel.
