Chocolate brownie made with - wait for it - red kidney beans! Tom Kerridge's recipe calls for black beans but I thought red beans were close enough. No flour and only low fat spread. Can't tell you how heavenly and chocolatey my kitchen smells right now!

it taste as good as it looks, wow I didn't think kidney beans could be used in a cake,they'll be making onion biscuits next 😁
