Im teying having some health problems which may slow me down so want to keep meals right

What sauce did you use for the mince? 

Hope you get your issues sorted and everything is fine.  

Im on anti biotics for a week its a bladder or kidney problem. Doing tests to find the bleeding. Im in alot of pain  

I used asdas smart price bologaise sauce was about 30p and 45ish cals for wuarter of the jar and was lovely just added and onion and peppers

Kidney infections can be painful you have my sympathy hope it passes soon x 

Thank you i think passed a kidney stone last week and now this im miserable but soon be on the mend x
