On my trip to Tesco Express to get some rice and accompaniments to go with my curry, I found some Almond unsweetened milk to go with the turmeric I have, instead of Green Tea any opinions?

The almond milk stuff is nice on cereal. As is the oat. You can in Lidl or Aldi get a chocolate flavour soya milk 😋

Wiggyip thank you for that information I just saw it in Tesco's and I believe that almonds are good for you and it says it is unsweetened, I'll check out Aldi and Lidl, good man

It is good stuff yes. Not dairy intolerant to my knowledge but I’m a lot more settled on that stuff than milk. I’m not a fan in tea but on breakfast or in pancakes, cereal, cooking and coffee it’s spot on 👌🏻

Wiggyip I will try it more often, variety is the spice of life?

I hate soy has a weird after taste but veggie milk my go to would be oat. Lidl's milk is great, Asda is good too (lidl's cheaper though)

I agree with wiggyjp, I'm not keen on it in tea but other than that it's a great alternative

Glad you enjoyed, eversince my mum has returned from abroad, I've been eating her mouth watering curries mm Had a meat & potato curry with pitta bread last night, it was absolutely scrumptious. I get to eat these things everyday because of my heritage 🎉 When they cook up a storm, literally 😂

Flowerbunny I guess we have to guess the next storm name Hycthina?

Oh I wonder what that name means 😮

Almond milk makes lovely porridge. Ladies, be careful of soy milk. It's fine for the average lass, but if you have hormonal issues (like PCOS) it has the potential to make them worse

Flowerbunny, " Hycthina " I thought it contained the word China in it and Hyt was a watch brand?
