After not logging anything last weekend (and knowing full well I gorged myself) I’m making sure I log everything I put in my mouth so my diary is honest and it will stop me mindless eating and think about it.
I’m off work for most of this coming week so really need to make sure I still eat well and don’t eat everything I can get my hands on!
Here’s to a bit of self control 🤞🤞
