feeling horrible this morning. have had 2 days of over eating, finishing the kids food and not caring. my clothes feel tight this morningm my plan is to start again healthy next week. I just cant seem to do more than 10 days healthy eating before I run it all. I know I am close to ky goal weight but my main thing is to control my emotional eating and become more mindful

Maybe you could plan a cheat day? Instead of grabbing all the available crap, get yourself something you really fancy, a meal or a dessert, and just let yourself have it without bringing yourself down?

Maybe that's what I should do. Do you go over your calorie allowance on your day off? Or just have things that you dont normally allow yourself ??
