I get all the sites on my feed through the mobile app: sometimes Korea/Japan, Turkish, Russian, UK, US. I just wish I could copy things onto google translate from the app but it won’t work 🤬 Otherwise I’d spend even more time on FS lol.

Adultosaur and Darlene depending on what format you are using FS you can use Google translate, I access FS on a tablet, yes I know drugs are bad for you! But seriously it works for me and it is cumbersome and not a prefect translation. Adultosaur using a tablet must take you back to the good old days? LOL.

Hi Chestnut63, I really use FS more to count the calories quicker then working it out myself and to record stuff I would normally forget I’ve cooked by photos it’s easier then writing them down so I didn’t know about the support side until when I started using the app then people started to support me I wondered what was going on, I’m not on any social media sites they don’t do it for me but I met some really nice people on FS including people from Turkey. Russian is a pretty hard language to speak and interpret can you speak Russian?

Paul thank you for posting on my journal I wish you success on your journey, the support is wonderful and you are a part of that support system, I also never have used social media I think are so carass. I don,t speak Russian but I manage to conduct a basic conversation with my Russian friends using Goggle translation to read what they are saying and reply in English, they understand English better than me!

Its good you have found a way to communicate and make friends from other countries over time you may pick some of the language up, I travel to Turkey and Cyprus a lot but my translation is poor to there English which is really good a lot of European countries speak great English maybe we need to put more effort in lol, I wish you the best with your new friends around the world 👍
