in a healthy high fat low carb (not keto) diet can anyone advise me how much fat to eat. I dont want to eat too much and then have a heart attack !!

Last time I checked in with my nutritionist she said daily recommended allowance for a regular healthy diet is 75g (my low fat diet recommends I stay between 40 and 45g)
