Weight is stable in the moment, but something is changing! I am nearly into my favourite trouser-suit. Well I get into it, can zip it up but it doesn't sit quite right yet. Found another pair of trousers in my wardrobe that I haven't worn in a long time. And they fit without the tell tale muffin top.
Saturday I had an unexplained sneeze attack. I got back from shopping about 11, unpacked it all then took some rubbish to the bins. That's when it started and it didn't stop until about 6pm.
Still managed to cook a beef chilli in the slowcooker and a Lamb Bhuna for my favourite man in my life. About 3 pm I was fed up with kitchen duties so I grabbed the leads and took the 3 muppets for a long walk. Thought the fresh air might stop the sneezes....but nope. Glad I had a couple of packets of tissues with me.
Guess I don't need to mention that I had an early night sporting a Rudolf nose ;)
