Sirloin Steak+Baked Sweet Potato+Spinach+Creme Fraiche altogether is less than 500 calories! Plus 38 mins Treadmill Workout on AAPTIV! Had to slightly overstretch to 9 hours on my 16:8 regime in order to have dinner with SO when he came home from work... But only ONE week into 2020 and already down 6lbs! Can’t believe it! Super proud ☺️😋💪🏻
