Yesterday I worked upstairs to get the box and of course I did not make it downstairs to exercise. I did spend about 2 hours on housework but didn't get my work out in. Today will be a week and I will work out and will meet my challenge of 5 days a week. However, yesterday was also a bad eating day. I honestly think it was a combination of emotions and then I realize that TOM is around the corner. So today I am armed with wings...wings always do the trick for me. I am back downstairs in my office (which is next door to the 'exercise' room and will get my exercise in.
Now just waiting for the form letter. I think I am going to my husbands office today so I will really have to get on it and get my work out in and get out of here by 2:45pm - that will give me a couple of hours at his office that I can help him out if needed.
Okay so have my day mapped out and will be back in the groove of things.
