Woke at 223.8, the same as yesterday. One more day of FMD before Thanksgiving. Happy Wednesday, everyone! UPDATE: Weighed 223.2 at 5 pm, which was not too bad considering the huge salad I ate for lunch. One more FMD meal and then it's turkey day!
