Okay, so I had pasta yesterday, but there was lots of salmon and zucchini in it, so I don't feel too bad. I had cedar plank salmon pasta at Friday's, and I have to say that it was one of the most delicious restaurant entrees I have experienced in a long time. If you're allowed pasta on your diet, go right now and eat some!!

Because it was so yummy and I ate it in two servings (dinner and breakfast just now) I have no regrets for a one-time thing, but in the past I would have ordered salad. However, I didn't because my bf is so allergic to lettuce that it causes him internal bleeding (no kidding) and I was afraid I might kiss him and have a reaction like the other day when I kissed him after half a spear of asparagus. His allergies could have a major effect on what I eat, and while I frankly rather enjoyed splurging on pasta, I am trying to decide if I need to start bringing a toothbrush to restaurants with him so that I can continue to eat the kinds of (more veggie-filled) things I was eating before. (I guess there's always not kissing, but... :( )

I forgot to weigh myself before I ate this morning, but while I was not completely horrible, I did nothing fantastic yesterday either, so maybe its better. Maybe today I can get in a bunch of healthy veggies and water and a nice long walk and etc. You know, good behaviour. :)

In non diet related news, my feline has taken to peeing on the floor. Agggghhhhh!!!! Fortunately, I don't think its that she has an infection or anything, but rather that I accidentally brought over some sheets from my parents house that, unbeknownst to me, had cat pee on them. My house reeks. This is driving me crazy. I clean it up and she pees some more. The sheets are outside now but she is perpetuating her own pee pool. I guess I need to do an extremely thorough cleaning this time to try to stop the cycle. Oy, Sara (my cat's name), why do you do this to me?? :/

Wow... you're poor bf! Can't believe he's allergic to good green foods. Yes, I'd suggest a tooth brush, floss and small bottle of listerine or crest pro health in your purse to be sure to get all of the pieces and residues out of your mouth. Just think of the dental health benefits that you'll have!! =D lol I'm sure with lots of water and a good day or two, you'll be back on track in no time to flushing out any negative effects. Happy Friday!

Oh... good luck with the cat! Yikes... be sure to get "Kids n Pets" or another good enzyme killing solution to get the smells out so she won't continue with the cycle... a good shampooing will help, too.

I know, poor guy. hehe, you're right, bully, this could be good for my teeth in the long run!! :) I'll have to pick up a travel brush and paste, etc. I don't want my bf to have a negative effect on my diet like other bfs have. thanks for the encouragement. have a great day!!
