When stress hits. The first thing happened with me and others may experience is. The crave for bad habits food goes up. This time rather then acting upon it. Decided not to. Went out. The crave was getting worse. “Falafel wrap” said no. Continued shopping and kept thinking what to have and what to do. Saw Almond mike and thought I’ll make a avocado mix berry smoothies. But then I thought. I’ll hit the cross trainer for half hour. Did that. Had a simple meal. And now happy too..
