Skipped breakfast so I could eat out at a Toby Carvery with friends and not blow daily calories. No Yorkshire, 2 medium roasties, steamed green beans, carrots and peas. Combined meat serving, pork and ham. Gravy and small spoon of apple sauce. Have guessed around 850 calories from news articles as I lost the will to live working it out. Used 2x ready meal roast to indicate. Sound fair?
