I see that it is 53 days since my last weight record. As usual, I got near the under-200lb milestone and hit the self-destruct button! I went off the low carbs and regular weighing and ate what I wanted - used all the usual excuses of family commitments etc etc, and now have to face (yet again) a new start. What to do????? How to face it???? I'm going to just take a day at a time, try to get the control back and not beat myself up.

A day at a time is a good way to go, and small targets that make you feel good when you get to them along the way to your final goal. Good luck x
