I like to keep a box of these in the freezer. It's an easy portion controlled treat!!!

I used to buy a box of 12 to keep in my freezer for when my niece and nephew came over. But I would eat them all! They are small and easy for me to have 3 of them at a time. So I no longer have them in the freezer.

One of the major challenges to establishing and maintaining a nutritious and sustainable way of eating is self control. I find it interesting that some people who have difficulty managing their eating habits sometimes choose the most extreme methods to restrict their caloric intake. I find it easier to monitor my food intake and exercise than to completely eliminate foods that I enjoy...

Eliminate them? No. But keep them in quantity? Not yet. I'm hoping to be you when I grow up.

Ditto for me too John...BUT...I also completely understand how for some folks Atkins or Keto diets are their preference, or even only successful way to a weight loss path.
