When is it to okay to drown your healthy salad with salad dressing? My answer is when you make your own dressing with Greek yogurt, Lemon juice and Dill Weed...
I apologize for the blurry picture...

My answer is when you're on a low COH diet and the sky in the limit!

It's great when you are controlling the ingredients! The bottled stuff has a lot of garbage.

Yum! Love the dillweed!

Drown away if that is your preference. I get mine on the side and stick the fork into it then spear the salad. The dressing doesn't overwhelm the salad.

Right! Why put up with dressings that are full of sugar and unhealthy vegetable oils

I am so blessed that I don't even love salad dressings 🤗

Very nice John...I'm also very fortunate that my better half is a stellar salad maker too.

@Keilin, I don't always use salad dressing anymore. I think it is a blessing too. I have found that with the addition of a few ingredients like fruit, berries and pickles, I don't need a dressing. Also I have found raw apple vinegar is another good substitute for high calorie prepared salad dressings...

That looks really good to me. I have been working on yogurt dressings mixed with a little Walden Farms, because their dressings have more sodium than I want, but they are no calories and have pretty good flavor. Will try yours with dill and lemon. Thanks for posting.

Nice! I switched from balsamic glaze drizzle to custom creamy Greek yogurt dressing too! Lovin’ it

I mix in a little grey pound. Like the kick. I’ll try some raw horseradish next.

I grew up with fresh from the garden vegetables, so usually it was just salt and pepper, sometimes a little vinegar. I still like most salads that way, but I also like salad dressing for a change of flavors. Yours looks delicious.
