today bought in the weights lightly.
Tuesday deep tissue massage, body should then be ready to take weights daily (light but enough) along with 1hour daily CV.
zero sugar and carbs for almost 2 weeks.
no this is not keto, no this is not Atkins. NO this is NOT A DIET.
this is simply macronutrient science applied for supreme weight loss (strictly for the obese, hence me.)
Knowledge is power, to follow a trend is not conducive to long term progress.
mental application is required, for which COMPREHENSION is divine.
