Ok, so put on 9 pounds in 9 months after I'd worked so hard to get into shape last year.... No Choice not but to get back on the grind!
What I learnt previously is that a diet plan is more important than a training plan and I have them both, alongside this though is a support plan, so with luck, once again, you FS community will do your thing! - Thanks Raj
