Well would have liked to have lost a stone at this point, but that's probably not going to happen now, but we'll see what tomorrow brings. Had a nice Beef Burginon tonight cooked in my Pressure King Pro. On keto,so discovered using 2 tablespoon's of ground golden linseeds to thicken it instead of flour, and it worked a treat, my share being 1 tbsp. @ 37 Cals and 2.02g of carbs, and of course substituted onions and shallots for leeks, and a teaspoon of onion powder, and used non alcoholic Red wine. Got people staying at the weekend, they are foodies and boozers, so don't know how that's going to pan out. Planning a BBQ, and going to have a go at making a Keto Cheesecake for one of the days which will be ok for me, but they will also want to go to the seaside and eat fish and chips, donuts, ice cream, and drink beer, so I don't know how I'm going to get on with that, but I'm definitely not going to admit to them that I'm on a diet!
